• Anyone that would like to learn the processes for correctly requesting import and migration services.
• Anyone that is preparing for a migration of courses, training plans, and content from one tenant to a new tenant.

Are there any course requirements or prerequisites?

• Basic computer skills such as using a browser to connect to a web page.
• All major web browsers supported (note: please allow third-party cookies).

• Good internet connection.
